1. Tell us about, how your initial internship, turned into a full time position.
The intership is designed in a very smart way - I had the opportunity to learn and grab exprience in very different fields such as programming, design, team work, scrum or agile methodologies. This was key to be able to gain expertise and an opportunity to become a full time employee once I finished my internship.

2. Why were you interested in becoming an eRepublik employee?
Our team is awesome, all the colleagues that I have met here are the best coworkers that you can find. I have learned a lot from them. I'm glad about the philosophy of eRepublik Labs. eRepublik Labs also offers us other things which make us feels appreciated and valued, such as Videogames, Gym, Courses, etc. We strive to give our best to the company.

3. What do you enjoy the most working at eRepublik?
I enjoy everyday, as it is an opportunity to learn something new and craft something that makes the difference.
